Approach

My focus is on evolving orgs for scale and impact by addressing not just the product layer, but the structural problems underneath holding it back

Working extensively across complex enterprise and consumer platforms taught me that most product and UX gaps have structural roots: teams organized around output rather than customer outcomes, unclear ownership, misaligned priorities, unbalanced staffing, overreliance in tooling and process. These are org design problems as much as product problems.

AI raises the stakes: organizations with structural clarity extract real leverage from it; those without it accelerate output while losing the ability to evaluate what is working and how to adapt.

Human judgment, organizational clarity, and the product sensibility to know what good looks like become the differentiator: my focus across every cycle of change.

Dual Focus

Raising product
and experience quality
By embedding real user-centered practices, judgment, taste, and the skilled practitioners carrying them at scale and raising the bar on what good looks like.
Reshaping organizations
for scale
By collaboratively rearchitecting team structures, staffing, operating models, and decision frameworks across functions, letting organizations grow without losing focus on customer outcomes.

Insights

I selectively write about org design and how teams make better decisions at scale — especially where structural clarity, AI, and the pressure to deliver intersect.
