Francesco’s been fortunate to learn from and help global leading brands in designing, improving, and marketing more delightful products and cross-channel customer journeys.
Formerly trained with First Class Honours in Industrial and Strategic Design, he began his career initially working as an Industrial Product Designer in Europe (Italy, Switzerland).
Eventually focusing on software/digital and design strategy, since 2007 he’s been covering consultancy as well as corporate roles such as Online Product Manager (Italy), lead Senior User Experience Designer and associate Design Strategy Director (Singapore, California, Michigan), Product Innovation Manager (Germany).
In his 10+ years of professional experience, he helped designing and launching both Consumer and Enterprise products & services used by more than 50 million customers worldwide. He worked around the world in multiple industries with and for brands like Vodafone, Autodesk, Allianz, FCA, and Franck Muller.
