Experience
Formerly trained with First Class Honors in Industrial and Strategic Design, my career initially began in Europe in the mid 2000s by working as an Industrial Designer.
Early transitioning my focus from atoms to bits (hardware to software) and eventually to teams and organizations, over nearly 2 decades of professional experience I’ve been specializing in product management, innovation strategy, omnichannel UX & CX design, people leadership, and organizational design.
Having lived and worked across the EU as well as in Asia and North America, I have developed my expertise in multiple industries and with and for brands like Dynatrace, Autodesk, Vodafone, Thomson Reuters, Allianz, FCA. There I led and scaled multidisciplinary teams in developing, shipping, and managing many Consumer as well as Enterprise products and services used by millions of customers worldwide.
