Francesco’s been fortunate to learn from and help global leading brands in innovating and staying relevant on the market, by designing and shipping more delightful products and omnichannel customer journeys – as well as transitioning to new business models.
Formerly trained with First Class Honours in Industrial and Strategic Design, he began his career initially working as an Industrial Product Designer in Europe (Italy, Switzerland).
Eventually focusing on digital product management and customer experience, since 2007 he has been covering consultancy as well as corporate management roles such as digital Product and Innovation Manager (Italy, Germany), lead Senior User Experience Designer and associate Design Strategy Director (Singapore, California, Michigan).
In his 10+ years of professional experience, he helped designing and launching both Consumer and Enterprise products and services used by more than 50 million customers worldwide. He worked in multiple industries with and for brands like Vodafone, Autodesk, Allianz, FCA, and Franck Muller.
