I’m a product and organizational leader with nearly two decades of international experience building and scaling complex software and service ecosystems.My work spans product strategy, technology, and business architecture, with a focus on simplifying complexity and improving execution at scale.
I help organizations create clarity in ambiguous environments by aligning strategy, user experience, engineering, and operations into coherent systems.
Experience
Formerly trained in Industrial and Strategic Design (First-Class Honors), my career began in Europe in the mid-2000s working as an Industrial Designer.
I moved early from hardware to software, and eventually into leadership roles spanning product management, user and customer experience, organizational design, innovation, and digital transformation. Over the years, I’ve led global teams and guided companies through modernization, scaling, and cross-functional change.
Having lived and worked across Europe, North America, and Asia, I’ve partnered with brands such as Dynatrace, Autodesk, Vodafone, Allianz, FCA, and others — building and evolving software platforms used by millions worldwide, improving enterprise workflows, and leading multidisciplinary organizations focused on customer-centric transformation.
