For the past decade, I’ve led global product and experience organizations in high‑stakes Tech and SaaS environments.
I hire and scale teams, develop emerging leaders, and build operating systems that improve decision‑making and delivery performance. I keep functions and disciplines aligned on outcomes the business and customer can see.

I’ve lived and worked across Europe, North America, and Asia, embedded locally in each place — i.e., California, Singapore, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Sweden, and Italy. That firsthand exposure to different cultures and incentives taught me how to build trust quickly, reduce friction between functions, and drive alignment without slowing execution.

Earlier in my career, I worked hands‑on in software product management and user experience roles after starting in industrial design. I researched, shaped, and shipped products used by millions worldwide. From that time in the trenches I learnt how to simplify complexity, design for real behavior, and deliver solutions that perform in the market.
