Experience
Formerly trained in Industrial and Strategic Design (First-Class Honors), my career initially began in Europe in the mid 2000s working as an Industrial Designer.
Early transitioning my focus from atoms to bits—hardware to software—and eventually to teams and organizations leadership, in 20 years of professional experience I’ve been specializing in org design & people leadership, product management, product design, user & customer experience, and innovation strategy.
Having lived and worked all across Europe, North America, and Asia, I have developed a truly global outlook and deep expertise in multiple industries—with and for world-leading brands like Dynatrace, Autodesk, Vodafone, Allianz, FCA, and more.
There I built and innovated complex software products & platforms serving millions of customers worldwide (both Consumer and Enterprise), and scaled multidisciplinary organizations focused on improving customer experience.
